|Rescue Me ID: 17-01-12-00247Mona (female)|
Mona is a very well behaved friend. Hand voice and whistle trained. She is a bit nervous always has been loves everyone. Mona was raised with my grandchildren great with kids of all ages. I've never seen her aggressive to people or any other animals. I have health problems and can't keep her any longer. This makes me sad she's been a good friend. Please help me find her a happy home. Thank you

|Rescue Me ID: 16-12-27-00296Gus (male)|
Gus is a very smart, loyal, out-to-please dog. He is quite fun to play ball with, hike with, or just take to the dog park watch run with the other dogs. He was in search and rescue, but due to health reasons of our own we needed to quit. We have three cats and two daughters (two and 3mths). He's very good with all of them. However, it's been the introduction of our daughters that has brought us to this point. Our schedules no longer allow us to frequent an off-leash park for a serious run. This is something a dog of his breed class needs. Walks just don't do enough for him. This lack of exercise is very unfair to him and it pains us to see him struggling with this every day now. As much as we'd like to tell him, 'Just hold out until the girls get older,' that's a long wait in dog years. We have very strong ties with him, so knowing he's going to good hands is important to us. We want to know if things don't work out, so we can take him back and search for someone else. His breed, and he in particular, would not fair well in a kernel-all-the-time environment, so we want to make sure he never lands in a shelter. (Less)

PATRICK is a handsome puppy! He is about 7 months old and has a lot of puppy energy. Our best guess on breed is a bully/pointer mix. He is smaller than he looks in this picture. He is good with most dogs, not good with cats, good with kids and adults although perhaps best with kids that are old enough not to get knocked over by his playfulness. Patrick is fixed, chipped, and current on his vaccinations. He is currently with a great foster in Southern California, but he is ready to come to Oregon or Washington for his forever family. |Rescue Me ID: 16-11-20-00016Romeo (2) (male)|
Handsome Romeo finds himself in need of a new home! Romeo is 70 - 80 pounds and we really aren't sure what his breed is. We are guessing pointer/bully/dane, but really could be lab or any number of breeds in there too! He does well with other dogs with proper intros and even with cats if he has a strong leader who introduces him properly. He does have prey drive, so anyone considering him will need to be aware of that if they have cats. He is good with people and does okay with older respectful children. He is stressed by smaller kids who are loud and jumpy. Romeo is currently in foster in So Cal, but can come to Oregon or Washington for the right family! |Rescue Me ID: 16-07-23-00236Key (male)|
Heavy heart that we can not care for Key any longer. Due to children moving home, expenses and concern with Key and a little one. We have been trying to get his coat looking good again but things we have tried work for a short time and then nothing. He often pees on himself and marks outdoors only. He doesn't chew but will grab any food left out and if you try to take away he can growl at times. He seems out of sorts which may be due to the number of people at home and a toddler. He needs a place to run and someone who can give him the vet care he needs. He is a hunting dog as well
