Rugar is a very handsome German Short-hair/Lab mix. He is 2 yrs. old with lots of love and affection to share. His friend Remi is a Wire-haired Pointing Griffon/Lab mix who were raised together since puppies and are ready to shed horn or bird hunt with you. We were told they were trained specially for these activities although have not tested them. These active dogs will need someone who is familiar with the breed in order to provide the attention they crave. They are good with kids and other dogs but not cats or chickens.     Ronin is a very healthy dog who loves people. Most of his life has been spent in an area where he has acres to run and play on. We are moving to a house with a small yard, and Ronin will bark and dig and be destructive if he is confined. He can be dominant with other dogs initially, but tends to calm down and get along. He has not been a hunting dog. He has been a house dog and can be in the house without going to the bathroom for several hours. He has never been aggressive toward people, and likes kids. He has been well loved, and we want him to live out his life in a loving home with room to run. He has a sister dog that we would ... (Read More)love to re-home with him. German Shorthaired Pointer    Age: Senior

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults

Health: Needs to be Neutered, Needs Vaccinations, Deaf

Heavy heart that we can not care for Key any longer. Due to children moving home, expenses and concern with Key and a little one. We have been trying to get his coat looking good again but things we have tried work for a short time and then nothing. He often pees on himself and marks outdoors only. He doesn't chew but will grab any food left out and if you try to take away he can growl at times. He seems out of sorts which may be due to the number of people at home and a toddler. He needs a place to run and someone who can give him the vet care he needs. He is a hunting dog as well
